Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a way of companioning with people in their life with God. It is intentional time to slow down to listen to God and to one's soul, in the presence of a safe person.

It is different from counseling, mentoring, or discipleship. It is unique in that it creates space for us to reflect on our desires, emotions, and faith journey, while awakening to God's activity in the present moment.
